The messages and prompts you type into BrainsAI are yours. We do not claim ownership over what you write. The AI-generated responses produced for you can be used for personal and commercial purposes in line with these terms.
By using BrainsAI, you give us permission to process your inputs through our AI system solely for the purpose of generating responses for you. We do not use your private conversations to train public AI models or share them with other users.
Our Platform and Intellectual Property
BrainsAI, including its name, logo, design, code, and technology, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
Service Availability
We work hard to keep BrainsAI available around the clock, but we cannot guarantee 100 percent uptime. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally interrupt the service. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

Premium Plans and Billing
BrainsAI offers a free plan with core AI features. Premium plans are available for users who want higher usage limits, advanced features, and priority support. Limitation of Liability
BrainsAI provides its services as they are. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediately.
